-All Khumbulani Craft products are made to order.
-A 50% deposit is required for production for an order to commence.
-Our production lead time is approximately 8 weeks. You will be advised if this changes.
-Please use your invoice number as the payment reference and fax your proof of payment to +27 (11) 781 6755.
-All Khumbulani Craft pricing is FOB Johannesburg - any courier / postage costs are at the client's expense.
-No returns / refunds unless the product is faulty and we are advised within 30 days.
